No license or prior experience is required — we provide full training and support to help you become licensed and successful in your role. You’ll receive ongoing mentorship in communication, working English language development, and personal growth.

Key Responsibilities

Educate individuals and families on insurance and protection solutions
Assess client needs and recommend personalized plans
Build trust-based, long-term relationships with clients in your community
Develop leads and grow your client base through outreach and referrals
Stay informed on insurance products, services, and compliance
Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and a willingness to learn
Self-motivated, reliable, and goal-oriented
Passionate about helping others and making a difference
No insurance license required to apply – we will guide and support you in obtaining it
Comfortable working in your own community and language
Working English proficiency is an asset — we will support ongoing improvement
